Common informationEngineering Department and Design Bureau of PCF "STEELCON", LLC were formed in 2003 in order to promptly provide own production with all the necessary working documentation - including such objects as "Concert Hall Crocus City Hall", Shopping Center "Auchan City" and "Karo Film" cinema as part of the complex "VEGAS 2" (24km Moscow Ring Road), "FEFU Complex for the APEC-2012 Summit" on the Russky Island, temporary supporting structures of the "Central Olympic Stadium in Sochi", etc.
Design works of PCF "STEELCON",LLC have been confirmed by the admission of SRO Non-Commercial Partnership "StroiProjectBуzopasnost", Moscow in all sections of the works' list , including the functions of the general designer and work on the design of highly dangerous, technically complex and unique objects.
The design stage is one of the most important in the complex of engineering and construction works, our specialists are a team of highly qualified designers and designers with many years of experience in the field of metal structures project development. We guarantee the output quality of the design documentation.
Engineering services may include the whole complex of design works - from the production of individual one-stage working projects of KM section (metal structures),
including performance of drawings KMD (detailed design), before working out of volumes of architecturally-design decisions both the design and working documentation.
By preparation of the design documentation universal and specialized systems of the automated 3D-designing (CAD) which basic vector of work - working out of projects of buildings and constructions are applied. The rich practical experience, high efficiency, use of high technologies of designing and the design analysis allows us to reduce essentially terms of working out of the design documentation, considering requirements of the customer.
We have accumulated a successful experience in designing complex buildings and structures that requires simultaneous parallel development of metal structures with technological and other sections of the project.
Among the completed projects of recent years:
1. Warehouse complex "Moron", class A with ABC, Kotelniki, 2006;
2. 20,000 m2 Domodedovo Warehouse Complex, 2010;
3. Refrigerator warehouse with ABC, Balashikha.
Also there is an experience of adaptation of foreign projects - "OBI Varshavskoye shosse" 2005, Hypermarket of wholesale trade "Selgros Cash&Carry" Ryazan 2007 and others.
Joint work with our reliable business partners: TSNIIPSK named after Melnikov and TSNIISK named after Kucherenko - allows LLC PCF "STEELCON" to carry out design works (as a part of the contract on SMR) on metal constructions of any complexity level.
