Innovative solutions of JSC Firm Stalkonstruktsiya allowed to mount 20.000 tons of covering steel structures for 11 months.

The bearing inner contour along the perimeter of the pitch with the length of 505m and weight of 5000 tons was fully assembled on site and raised to the level of +50m by jacks of the Dutch partner.

Conducted by the general contracting organization of JSC "MosInzhProekt" and PCF "STEELCON", LLC in 2014-2017, the reconstruction of the stadium inner space for the FIFA World Cup 2018 final allowed increasing its capacity up to 83.000 seats - and in terms of comfort the new stadium is now fully compliant with the new FIFA requirements to 5* world-class arenas.

The company has been operating in the all-Russian market since 1993, its founders were JSC Firm “Stalkonstruktsiya” and its shareholders - the company has been faithful to its mission for 25 years.

The beginning of formation of our young team became the work on installation of a 240x300 m cover shed of the Grand Sports Arena "Luzhniki" Moscow, 1996-1997, the tender on which has won JSC Firm "Stalkonstruktsiya".

The unique installation, advanced load-lifting technologies of the Dutch group "Van Seumeren - Mammoet", cyclopean steel structures of the largest iron-and-steel works of the country - determined our technological and production experience, formed the main staff of the company.

Another milestone project for us was the installation of a 40,000 spectator covering for the stands at the Sochi 2014 FISHT Central Olympic Stadium. From March 2011 to May 2013, the company, led by a consortium, assembled 25,000 tons of temporary and basic steel structures of the 75-meter-high dome with a span of almost 250 meters of main arches.

The experience gained by our team allowed us to successfully overcome competition and to further install stadiums in Kazan, Spartak in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Kaliningrad, BSA Luzhniki and VTB Arena-Dynamo.
 The obvious competitive advantage of the company is its own production and supply of steel structures for installation.

The company's own human resources and flexible production policy allow PCF STEELCON to successfully dominate the market for large-scale construction projects.
